10-Year Limited Mattress Warranty
Your LUMI mattress is covered by a 10-year limited warranty, starting from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms outlined below.
Products Covered
This warranty applies to:
- LUMI mattresses purchased directly from LUMI Sleep via our website or official showrooms
- Mattresses delivered and used within Singapore
- Mattress covers supplied together with the mattress
This warranty does not apply to:
- Clearance, display, refurbished, or “as-is” items
- Mattresses purchased from unauthorised resellers or marketplaces
LUMI mattresses are designed to be used on a firm, supportive bed base or adjustable base that can safely support the combined weight of the mattress and users. Damage caused by improper support is not covered.
Who This Warranty Applies To
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the mattress and is non-transferable.
Please retain your order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase.
Commercial use (e.g. hotels, serviced apartments, rental properties) is not covered under this warranty unless expressly agreed in writing.
What This Warranty Covers
LUMI warrants your mattress against the following manufacturing defects:
- Visible sagging or indentation greater than 2.5 cm (1 inch), not caused by improper support
- Cracking, splitting, or deterioration of foam materials due to manufacturing faults
- Defects in the mattress cover zipper caused by workmanship issues
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal softening or comfort preference changes over time
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, stains, spills, burns, cuts, or liquid exposure
- Improper handling, folding, or storage
- Use on an unsuitable bed frame or base
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect mattress performance
Remedies Under This Warranty
If a covered defect is confirmed, LUMI will, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective component, or
- Replace the mattress (or affected part)
Any repaired or replacement mattress will continue under the original warranty period, counted from the original purchase date.
LUMI does not offer refunds under the warranty. Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement only.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim:
- Email support@lumisleep.sg
- Provide proof of purchase and photos/ videos of the issue
- Allow reasonable inspection or assessment as requested
If the claim is approved, LUMI will arrange repair or replacement at no cost for covered defects.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law:
- This warranty replaces all other express warranties
- LUMI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- LUMI’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the mattress
5-Year Limited Adjustable Base Warranty
Your LUMI Adjustable Bed is covered by a 5-year limited warranty, starting from the original date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms outlined below.
Warranty Coverage Period
- Years 1–2:
Full coverage for manufacturing defects in parts and workmanship - Years 3–5:
Limited coverage on structural and mechanical components
(labour and transport charges may apply)
Products Covered
This warranty applies to:
- LUMI Adjustable Beds purchased directly from LUMI Sleep via our website or official showroom
- Adjustable beds delivered and used within Singapore
- Structural frame, motors, control systems, and electrical components supplied with the adjustable bed
This warranty does not apply to:
- Clearance, display, refurbished, or “as-is” items
- Adjustable beds purchased from unauthorised resellers or marketplaces

- Manufacturing defects in structural and mechanical components
- Parts may be covered
- Labour, transport, and service charges may apply
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, overloading, or improper installation
- Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by incorrect power supply or failure to follow usage instructions
- Damage from exceeding recommended weight limits
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, fabric wear, cables, or accessories
Warranty Remedy
If a covered defect is confirmed, LUMI will, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective component
- Replace the defective part
- Replace the adjustable bed
Any repaired or replacement product will continue under the original warranty period, starting from the original purchase date.
Refunds are not provided under this warranty.
