Delivery
Delivery is complimentary for all LUMI orders above SGD 200, provided the location is lift-accessible.
For non-lift accessible locations, a carry-up fee of SGD 10 per level, per bulky item applies.
Yes. You’ll be asked to indicate your preferred or estimated delivery date and time during checkout or delivery coordination. We’ll do our best to accommodate your selection.
Yes, we offer mattress and bed frame disposal services at an additional fee, depending on size and site accessibility.
Mattress disposal fees:
- Single / Super Single: from SGD 30
- Queen: from SGD 50
- King: from SGD 80
Bed frame dismantling and disposal:
- SGD 100 across all sizes
Additional charges apply for locations without lift access.
Yes. We offer relocation services for mattresses and adjustable bases at an additional fee.

- Queen: from SGD 150
- King / Split King: from SGD 180
