We believe you should sleep on your mattress to decide if it’s right for you.
Your body needs time to adjust to a new mattress. Give your LUMI mattress at least 30 nights to adapt and settle into its support.
If you’re not 100% in love after the first 30-Night Adjustment Period, you can return it free and fuss-free anytime within the 100-Day Sleep Trial.
How do mattress returns work?
- Your sleep trial begins on the day your order is delivered.
- After the initial 30-night adjustment period, you may contact us to initiate a return.
- We’ll arrange a pick-up at a time that works for you.
- Your mattress will be donated to a local charity or responsibly recycled.
- Once the return is approved, your original payment method will be refunded in full.
Other return policies
Mattress: If you wish to return your LUMI mattress, please email us at support@lumisleep.com. Returns can be arranged after the 30-Night Adjustment Period, provided the mattress is still within the applicable 100-Day Sleep Trial and meets return conditions.
Bed Frame: If you wish to return a LUMI bed frame or other furniture item within its applicable trial period, please contact us at support@lumisleep.com to arrange a return pick-up.
- Bed frames have a 30-day return period.
- If a bed frame is purchased together with a LUMI mattress as a bundle, the trial period will follow the mattress trial duration.
When purchased as a bundle, your mattress and bed frame are covered under a 100-day trial.
- Returns are accepted for the entire bundle only.
- Partial bundle returns are not permitted.
The bundle must be returned within the longest trial period applicable to the products in the bundle.
Each authorised retailer has its own return and trial policy.
If you purchased your LUMI product from a third-party store or online platform, please contact them directly for assistance.
We encourage customers to allow their body time to adapt. Most sleepers experience noticeable comfort improvements after the first 2 to 4 weeks.
That’s why returns are available after 30 nights, and not immediately, because good sleep takes time.
